Terms of Use
Effective date: 3 November 2026.
These terms cover the North iPhone app. By creating an account or buying North Pro, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use North.
The Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app as licensed from the App Store.
Who can use North
North is for people 13 and older. Sign-up asks for an age. An age under 13 is refused and no account is created.
The account
You sign in with email, Apple, or Google. You are responsible for the activity on your account. You can delete the account in the app, from the profile. Deletion removes your rows from North, including your profile photo.
North Pro
A North Pro subscription is required to use the board after onboarding.
North Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. Yearly is $39.99 per year and includes a 7-day free trial, then $39.99 per year. Monthly is $9.99 per month. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel the subscription in Settings on your iPhone. Any unused part of the 7-day free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription before the trial ends.
Apple bills the subscription. An email to support does not cancel it. Prices shown here are the US prices. The App Store shows the price for your storefront before you pay.

What you post
Posts, replies, and chat messages are visible to other members. Journal text stays private to you. You can report a post or a member, and you can block a member. Moderators can hide a post, pin a post, and ban a member.
Do not post anything illegal, or anything that threatens or harasses another person. North may remove a post or ban a member who does.
Health and fitness records
Habits, workouts, meals, body weight, and the rank are your own record. North does not diagnose a condition and does not provide treatment. Screen Time limits apply on the iPhone where you allow them. Those app tokens stay on that iPhone.
Changes
The developer of North may replace this page. The date at the top is the date of the version you are reading. If you keep using North after the date changes, the new terms apply.
